mycellstuff offers various shipping options, which may vary by item:
Regular Shipping within Saudi Arabia: Products available locally are expected to be delivered within 5-7 working days. This standard service by mycellstuff does not require additional fees.
Two-Day Shipping: Depending on the item's source and the destination, two-day shipping may be available in specific regions. Expect delivery within 2 business days after the items are shipped.
Expedited Shipping for Select Products: Your items are expected to be delivered within 1 business day after being shipped. This option is available only for certain products.
Standard International Shipping: For products in our international warehouses (US, Korea, Hong Kong, Europe), mycellstuff provides a fast and standard shipping service. Expect delivery within 7-10 days after the shipping companies dispatch your items. (Fees included).

Business days typically exclude weekends. However, Saturday deliveries may occur in specific ZIP codes.

What if My Purchases are Less Than 499 Riyals?
For orders under 499 riyals, a standard shipping fee of 39 riyals will be added to your total invoice.
For express shipping, both internationally and domestically, there will be additional charges (refer above for delivery periods).
mycellstuff utilizes its fleet and major shipping companies like DHL, FedEx, Aramex, SMSA for both international and domestic shipping. If there's a delay, customers can track their shipment using the provided consignment number.
What if My Shipment is Incomplete or Incorrect?
In such cases, we apologize and request you to submit a ticket to info@mycellstuff.com with details and pictures of the issue. We'll review it within 48 hours and take appropriate action, which could include exchanging products. Just raise a ticket, and we'll assist you as required.
What if I Don't Receive My Paid Shipment?
If not received within 5 days, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. We'll store it for 7 days and contact you for re-shipment, which will incur an additional fee of 56 riyals and other delivery charges.

If your shipment is delayed beyond our committed time, you'll receive a 25-riyal coupon in your wallet, valid for 30 days, to be used on specific products.
